Prices vary from weekdays and weekends and also vary depending on season and event times throughout the year, discounts, promotions, booking site and supplements can apply – for further information use the form below to get a quote and check availability.
Subject to availability we can offer a late check out for £45 until no later than 3:30pm rathe than the 10am check out and sometimes early check in again for £45 helps you extend your stay / have a lazy lay in and get the most out of your time away for minimal cost allowing, checking in from 11am rather than the 4pm check in time.
We are also open to quoting for longer stays.

Fees
- Cleaning fee £85 (incl. a cleaning and laundry).
- Travel cot hire £45 per stay.
- Up to 2 pets staying £45 per well behaved pet.
- Access to our washing/drying machine from £10 per day or £50 per week.
- Early checkin up to 10am subject to availability/fee.
- Late checkout up to 3.30pm subject toavailability/fee. (Late/Early checkout subject to a £45 each)
Discounts
We offer discounted prices for guests who pay via bank transfers. There are also discounts for weekly booking and monthly stays and longer and depending on demand early bird and late bookings discounted too.
Beyond expectations
A marvellous apartment, great location for beach, Old town, attractions. Offers spacious well equipped accommodation even our pooch had his bowl and treat biscuits waiting.
Great location, great apartment
Stayed here for a week catching up with family. Best location you could want – midway between Hastings old town and main shopping area and directly on the seafront with fabulous view of sea. Don’t let the stairs put you off – it is worth it as the apartment was really comfortable, immaculately clean and fully equipped. Bed and daybed in lounge extremely comfortable. Would certainly stay again. Thanks Oliver!
Awesome views, amazing location, perfect apartment.
What can I say? Absolutely beautiful apartment, lovely surroundings, we had a fantastic time and the parking in the car park across the road is not to expensive and convenient. The apartment is very well looked after and spotless, all the information you could need is available in a booklet when you arrive.
Oliver was more than accommodating, including when I accidentally booked wrong dates which he was able to move around and also when I mistakenly thought we’d booked 7 nights, he kindly was able to make arrangements for us to stay the extra night.
